ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer / Vibe Coder who can build fast, think creatively, and translate business needs into functional, polished digital products. We are looking for a contractor who builds production-grade applications using AI-native and rapid-build platforms — Claude (Anthropic API), Base44, Vercel, Lovable, and similar. Engagements are project-based with a defined scope and hourly rate. Our intent is to build a long-term working relationship where you are our go-to builder for AI-powered apps, with a steady pipeline of projects rather than a single one-off build.

The mandate is simple: build standalone apps first, then progressively integrate them into AGL’s existing operational stack. You will work directly with Systems Manager on scoping and execution, with strategic input from the CEO President.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong working experience with at least 2 of: Claude / Anthropic API, Base44, Vercel, Lovable, v0, Bolt, Replit Agent
Solid React / Next.js fundamentals — you can drop into a Vercel project and ship
Experience designing prompts, tool schemas, and agent loops (not just calling an API)
Comfort with TypeScript, Tailwind, and modern UI patterns
Familiarity with Supabase, Postgres, or similar BaaS
Ability to self-scope: turn a rough problem statement into a clear SOW with hour estimates
Clear written communication — we work async-first across timezones
Nice to Haves

Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers
Worked with the ClickUp API, Slack API, or similar SaaS APIs
Ecommerce or Amazon Seller Central / SP-API exposure
Background working with agencies or ops-heavy teams
Some design taste — you can make a UI that doesn’t look like a Bootstrap admin panel
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain internal tools, dashboards, and automation workflows that support agency operations
Develop and iterate on client-facing web assets, landing pages, and product-related digital experiences
Integrate third-party platforms and APIs (Amazon, ad platforms, analytics, communication tools)
Collaborate with operations, account management, and leadership to scope and ship solutions quickly
Identify and implement AI-assisted development practices to improve output speed and quality
Maintain clean, documented, and scalable codebases with a bias toward simplicity
Participate in async standups, sprint reviews, and team channels—communicating progress clearly

Working Structure: 100% Remote
